Milk Matters is a Web site from the National Institute for Child Health and Human Development that promotes the importance of calcium for young people. The Web site contains a section entitled “Just for Kids,” as well as classroom activities and materials for teachers.

Media and Health

Media Smart Youth: Eat, Think, and Be Active! is a free interactive after-school education program for young people ages 11 to 13. It is designed to help teach them about different types of media and how they can impact overall health.
