Explore body systems, health and hygiene, exercise and fitness, food and nutrition, and advances in medicine, along with mental heath resources addressing self-image, relationships, stress management, conflict resolution, and mental health disorders.
Teachers can incorporate videos into whole-class lessons with the use of a projector, using clips to introduce topics, stimulate critical thinking and debate, and enrich and enliven course material. Or, students can access the materials on their own to use for research and reference, or to incorporate into class projects.
