Team Football

The game is used to elevate your heart rate while developing sports skills.

  • Begin with a warm-up and dynamic stretch.
  • Divide the class into two teams. The goal is to advance the ball down a basketball court or field by passing the ball to a teammate.
  • Each team member may take only two steps with the ball.
  • Players cannot guard the passer (only a potential receiver)
  • If a fumble occurs, the ball goes to the other team and is taken over at the spot of the fumble.
  • One point is scored when the offense makes a basket, catches the ball in the end zone of the field, or when the ball goes through a designated goal.
